Requirements for Education:
A bachelor's degree or diploma in
general agriculture, agricultural economics, or a similar agricultural field of
study or certification.
Those with a BSC degree must have zero years of work experience, while those
with a diploma must have two years.
Preferred expertise and abilities:
Experience with NGOs is
advantageous.
Proven expertise in humanitarian response, particularly in the areas of
livelihoods, food security, and agricultural development.
Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, capable of
representing and liaising with external parties
Must be able to use knowledge and abilities in a variety of situations,
including gathering data directly.
Expertise is needed:
Proficiency with fundamental
computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet.
Performs effectively and encourages teamwork; at ease in a multicultural
setting.
Has a great sense of humor and is adaptable and capable of managing pressure.
Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in speaking, writing, and English is required; proficiency in local languages is also beneficial.
